» BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Markers in assorted colors » Green or gold plastic leprechaun party hat » 1 sheet of white and brown foam board » White felt » BIC® pencil » Green foam shamrocks (assorted sizes) » Hot glue gun/glue sticks » 2 green pipe cleaners » Gold and green glitter glue » Hole punch » Scissors Rate This Craft Currently rated 3 by 352 people.
» Punch two holes on the rim of the hat and attach the two green pipe cleaners. » Decorate two shamrocks with the green glitter and write “Kiss Me” on one and “I’m Irish” on the other using a using a Forest Green BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Marker. Add hearts using a Rambunctious Red BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Marker. » Curl the pipe cleaners and hot glue the shamrocks to the ends. » Using assorted BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Markers draw and color in a rainbow on the white foam board. Cut out the rainbow. » Draw a pot of gold with a BIC® pencil on the brown foam board and cut out. Write “Pot of gold” using the Woodsy Brown BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Marker and add gold glitter glue. Let dry. » Cut out a cloud out of the white felt and set aside. » Assemble the rainbow with the cloud on one end and the pot of gold on the other. » Hot glue the rainbow across the top of the hat. » Decorate more shamrocks and the rest of the hat using the glitter glue and assorted BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Markers. » Wear on St. Patrick’s Day!
