» Criss-cross the two wood rods and wrap ribbon around to secure. » Wrap ribbon around each rod to cover and tie a bow at each end. » Make a loop to the center of the criss-cross to hang mobile. » To create butterflies, fold a pipe cleaner in half and place on 2 sheets of the same color of translucent paper. » Draw butterfly wings on either side of the pipe cleaner and cut out with scissors. » Decorate wings using BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Markers. » Insert wings into the folded pipe cleaner and secure at top to create butterfly antennas. » Using two more pipe cleaners create wing supports and secure to the body of the butterfly (see picture). » Hot glue the wings supports (pipe cleaners) to the wings and let dry. » Thread fishing line through the back of the butterfly wings and tie to one of the rods. » Repeat process to create the remaining 4 butterflies. » BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Markers also come in Ultra Fine, Chisel, and Super Duty.
