» Small glass champagne glass (available in the wedding section of the craft store)
» One tea light
» Sliver glitter glue
» Hot glue gun/glue sticks
» Curly ribbon in silver
» 2006 decoration

» Using the BIC Mark-It® Permanent Markers decorate the bottom of the glass to look like a clock that has struck 12. (Colored glass must be used for decorative purposes only.)
» Decorate the stem and the glass with BIC Mark-It® Permanent Markers with streamers, confetti, happy new year and 2006.
» Hot glue the curly ribbon and the 2006 decoration to the stem of the glass and let dry.
» Using the silver glitter glue decorate the rim of the top and bottom of glass and let dry.
» Add tea light in glass and give out as party favors for New Years.
