» Cut out the shape of a rainbow from the front of the gift bag. - Using a BIC® pencil draw a rainbow on the clear candy bag leaving a 1” edge around so it can be taped to the bag. - Color in rainbow using BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Markers in assorted colors. »  Tape the rainbow from the inside of the bag so it shows through the hole that was cut out. »  Cut out a cloud from the white felt and hot glue it to one end of the rainbow. »  Using a BIC® pencil, draw a pot of gold at the other end of the rainbow and add shamrocks and a leprechaun to decorate the rest of the bag. »  Color in designs using assorted colors of BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Markers. »  Add a decorative touch by embellishing the bag with glitter glue for the gold and shamrocks. »  Personalize the bag by writing the recipient’s name within the shamrocks with a BIC Mark-It™ Permanent Marker. »  Add ribbon or garland around the handle and add a gift.
